Front Desk Associate 

Part-time & full-time positions available.

 

The Front Desk Associate's main focus is providing efficient and helpful service while creating memorable experiences and connections with our guests and community. Successful candidates must have a friendly and welcoming attitude working in an upbeat & fast pace environment

Bell/Valet

Part-time & full-time positions available.

The Bell/Valet works collaboratively with our front desk team to ensure every guest is greeted and welcomed with genuine hospitality. Responsible for providing exceptional guest service, the Bell/Valet assists arriving and departing guests with their luggage (ability to lift 80lbs required), and vehicle (drivers license required), while engaging attentively with each guest. Duties of the Bell/Valet include offering a helping hand, making local recommendations and suggestions, as well as going above and beyond to provide each guest with a warm and welcoming experience at the Courtyard Burlington Harbor. 

*Weekend availability required

Maintenance Technician 

Full-time position

 

The Maintenance Technician is responsible to ensure that all maintenance duties and projects are carried out quickly and to the required standard in all guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas and back of house areas of the hotel at all times. We are looking for an individual who is team oriented and eager to assist and problem solve. The Maintenance Technician is expected to have the knowledge and ability to help in all emergency procedures while aiming to learn, grow and develop hotel operations for constant improvement.

Night Auditor

Full-time position - *This is a night shift position*

 

The Night Auditor accurately maintains records of all hotel sales transactions and assists the Front Desk with providing service to guests during the overnight shift. the Night Auditor is responsible for presenting a positive image of the Hotel to all guests while anticipating and assisting with late night check ins and check outs with attentive service to not inconvenience guests.

The Night Auditor ensures that audits are completed free of mathematical or procedural errors while reports, daily receipts, tapes, supporting documentation are chronologically filed. The individual in this role will maintain open communication channels with co-workers and managers drawing immediate attention to any out-of-the ordinary issues.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all guest rooms. Responsibilities include daily cleaning and refresh of guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, removal of trash, as well as the straightening, refilling, and replenishing of in room items. Additional duties include, responding quickly to guest requests as well as the requests from other departments.

Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager heads the housekeeping team. Providing scheduling and support to team members ensuring that daily cleaning and refresh of guest rooms is completed and communicated to other departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with housekeeping management or supervisory experience looking to move up ion their careers.
